Ensuring the confidentiality of personal data and their protection during processing is a priority for Dunyo Cargo. We guarantee that the personal data you provide will be processed by us solely subject to all requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on personal data, as well as in accordance with the Company Personal data processing policy and ensuring the security of personal data. The collected personal data will be recorded, systematized, accumulated, stored, updated and retrieved using databases located within the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Hereinafter, the “Operator" means the Limited Liability Company "Dunyo" located at the address: Republic of Tajikistan, 734024, Dushanbe, ul. Friendship of Peoples 62.
You confirm your consent to the processing of your personal data by the Operator in the following ways:
(1) by continuing to visit Dunyo Cargo sites and use their functionality;
(2) Ticking the “Consent to the processing of personal data” field and (or) activating the function for entering information (for example, by clicking on the “Send”, “Enter” buttons, etc.) when filling out the relevant web forms on Dunyo Cargo sites and pages.
By confirming your consent, you authorize the Operator, and also under its instructions any third party, to process personal data specified by you in the corresponding web forms of the Dunyo Cargo sites, as well as information obtained during your visit to the Dunyo Cargo sites and the use of their functionality.
Personal data processing is carried out in the composition and combination necessary to achieve one, several or all of the following goals that are relevant for the relationship between you and the Operator:
(1) the provision of services to you by the Operator for the delivery (transportation), pick up, processing, storage, delivery of goods, as well as the provision of other related services;
(2) the provision to you by the Operator of a full set of customs brokerage services;
(3) the provision of services by the Operator for the placement and storage of goods in warehouses;
(4) consideration and accounting of your inquiries (proposals, comments, claims, acknowledgements) to the Operator, as well as providing informing services to you;
(5) assessment of your satisfaction with the services that were provided to you by the Operator, as well as monitoring of the quality of services rendered;
(6) offering you services provided by the Operator, as well as conducting business negotiations with you;
(7) the organization of your participation in incentive and other events aimed at increasing recognition and consumer loyalty with respect to the Operator, as well as promoting the services of these persons.
The processing of the personal data you specified will be carried out using automation tools and without using automation tools by receiving (collecting) them through open Internet communication channels, including receiving from third parties, recording, systematizing, accumulating, storing, clarifying (updating, changing ), extraction, use, transfer (provision of access), blocking, deletion and termination. The Operator may transfer the personal data you specify exclusively to its employees, as well as to third parties that have taken the obligation to ensure the confidentiality of personal data received from the Operator.
This Consent is valid from the moment of its provision and for the period of providing you with relevant services, considering your requests, your information services, evaluating your satisfaction with the services provided, monitoring the quality of your services, offering you services, conducting business negotiations with you, organizing your participation in incentives programs and other activities on the part of the Operator, as well as within 5 (five) years after completion of the provision of customs clearance and warehouse services to you, within 3 (three) years after completion of the provision of transport services to you, after considering your requests, terminating your information services, assessing your satisfaction with the services provided, terminating the quality control of your services, terminating your participation in incentive and other events, within 6 (six) months after offering you services, completing business negotiations with you.
